  Recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T from them. Drove 2+ hours to purchase the vehicle. They initially attempted to low-ball me on my trade-ins, but after some negotiation a deal was struck. I left the dealership happy I hadn't wasted my time and money. Fast forward to a week later, the vehicle I purchase is having some issues (climate control is broken). I contacted the dealership about getting it repaired locally, my salesman responded that I had to bring it to their dealership to set up an appointment. I responded that it was ridiculous to do so when I have a local certified Dodge mechanic; haven't heard back. The "warranty" sticker I have does not state that the "two-month" warranty requires the work to be done strictly by the dealership. It also states to ask the dealership about the warranty for getting the repairs done locally, which I did. At no point was this thought of as an issue. The dealership seems to have lost interest, so I have contacted Dodge with regards to the issue.
